What is Osteopathy?

Osteopaths believe that pain and disability often stem from abnormalities in the body’s structure and function. Osteopathic treatment involves gentle, manual techniques in order to ease pain, reduce swelling and improve mobility in the body.

Through careful diagnosis and treatment of problems with muscles, ligaments, nerves and joints the osteopath tries to help the body’s natural healing ability.
